1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bunniee platform, available at bunni.ee (the "Service"). These Terms are effective as of March 1, 2026. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Bunniee platform, including the website at bunni.ee, all associated applications, tools, and features.
• "Company" (referred to as "Bunniee", "we", "us", or "our") refers to Bunniee, the operator of the Service.
• "User" (referred to as "you" or "your") refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Service.
• "Content" refers to any text, images, links, media, profile information, or other materials that you upload, post, or display through the Service.
• "Account" refers to the unique account created by you to access and use the Service.

3. Acknowledgment

By creating an Account or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

4. User Accounts

Bunniee reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Content

You retain full ownership of any Content you submit, post, or display through the Service. By making Content available on Bunniee, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service.

You are solely responsible for your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to share it. You agree not to post Content that:

• Is unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Infringes on the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
• Contains malware, phishing links, or any harmful code or redirects.
• Exploits, harms, or attempts to exploit or harm minors in any way, including the distribution of child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
• Promotes violence, discrimination, or hatred against any individual or group.
• Impersonates any person or entity or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or entity.

Bunniee reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms and to report illegal Content to the appropriate authorities. We may use automated systems and manual review to detect and remove prohibited Content.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Bunniee. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks, trade names, logos, and brand elements may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Bunniee. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Bunniee name, logos, domain names, or other distinctive brand features.

7. Third-Party Links

The Service allows users to display links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for convenience and are entirely user-generated. Bunniee has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Bunniee shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any content, goods, or services available on or through any third-party websites or services linked from a Bunniee profile.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your Account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may also delete your Account at any time through your account settings. If you wish to terminate your Account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or use the account deletion feature. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Bunniee, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; (c) any content obtained from the Service; or (d) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

10. "As Is" and "As Available" Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Bunniee makes no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis, or that defects will be corrected. Bunniee disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

12. Changes to These Terms

Bunniee reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect, such as by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to the address associated with your Account. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you must stop using the Service.
